Movies Under the Stars is a fast-selling outdoor movie night Thursdays in October. We choose movies with Halloween settings and bring in themed vendors to ring in the spirits. The movie is projected on a large wall and starts at sundown. Put on your provided headphones, grab your popcorn or dinner, and prepare for shivers down your spine. For Buyers: Home sales are slightly down, but increased inventory means more options. With the median home price now at $500,000, it’s important to act fast, as homes are selling in an average of just 16 days.

For Sellers: The rise in active listings creates opportunities in a competitive market. While 33.3% of homes have seen price reductions, well-priced properties are still drawing strong interest.
